Menke Excavating, LLC is a growing Utility and Dirt Work company based in Dearborn, Missouri.  A family owned company serving both Commercial and Residential customers for over 18 years.  Specializing in Storm Drain Improvement, water line repair and replacement and excavation.



Menke Excavating is currently looking to hire for the following positions with our team, to start immediately.

• Laborer
  • Experience preferred working on water lines, storm water and concrete work but not required to apply, will train the right candidate.
• Operator
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating
  • Willing and Able to Labor as projects require
• Foreman
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a crew
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience operating
  • Experience reading plans and setting grade



We are looking for self-motivated and hard-working individuals.  Applicants must be able to pass a drug screening and hold a clean driver’s license. All positions require team members to be flexible in job roles, committed to project completion.  Monday thru Friday work week, weather permitting.  Saturdays occasionally mandatory due to weather conditions experienced during regular work week and project completion time lines. 

Offering weekly Pay with direct deposit, competitive wages, wage reviews after 6 months, and overtime possibilities.
